Who handles your order
ProDentim is sold by its manufacturer through ClickBank, which acts as the retailer of record. ClickBank charges your card, sends the order confirmation and administers the money-back guarantee. The Smile & Wellness Journal has no access to orders and cannot issue, cancel or refund one.
The guarantee
The vendor offers a money-back guarantee on the official page. Because its length and conditions are set by the vendor and may change, we do not restate them here — read the guarantee section on the official page at the time of purchase and keep your order confirmation e-mail, which contains your order number.
How to request a refund or get order help
- Open ClickBank's customer support site (clkbank.com) and look up your order with the e-mail address you used and your order number or the last four digits of the card.
- Choose the refund or support option and follow the instructions. Refund requests inside the guarantee window are normally processed by ClickBank within a few business days.
